Prince Magan is a universal artist who has no barriers when it comes to music, his wide range of life experiences at such a young age give him a unique perspective of the world that is evident in every song that he creates. Born in Kenya, Prince Magan migrated to the U.S in 2004 at the age of 5 and settled and was raised for the majority of his life in Louisville, Kentucky. He began to take an interest into the creation process of music around the age of 11 when it was introduced to him by his older brother who was an avid music lover. He turned this interest into a pursuit during his freshmen year of high school when he decided to quit his athletic pursuits and focus all his time and energy on becoming an Artist. His focus later became a calling after the passing of his older brother in late 2017. Realizing his brother is the sole reason he ever began music has ignited another level of dedication in Prince Magan to accomplish all the dreams his brother had for him. He is very open about his loss in hopes that it can be an opportunity for his fans to connect to his journey and how he found joy again through music. His goals now are large and intentional as he hops to become the first established Bantu artist in the states and looks to inspire the people who originate from his community to also accomplish their dreams. He also looks to establish other musicians under his record label "Movement Sounds" and to continue to pass the opportunities forward.
